As I was browsing the net for inspiration one day, I was led to do a google search for Black Barbie’s to see what was really going on. To my surprise I found a host of lovely photos of popular and independent creations of black dolls that absolutely blew me away. I mean, how could I not be inspired! I immediately began collecting images to re-create on my YouTube channel and couldn’t wait to get started. There are about 6 or more looks that have inspired transformation makeovers…some more challenging than others…but fun none-the-less. I hope you enjoy watching the series as much as I enjoy performing the transformations.
This post is well overdue, as I’ve already completed two looks in this series. Well…better late than never!
Two down…much more to come!
VAMPY BARBIE

pls i love this song so much!!! how can i download it. do you have a link???
I really enjoy watching your videos lol! I am a 17 year old girl and I have an addiction to makeup I guess you could say. Although my family doesnt really support me using a bunch of makeup I can never get enough of the many colors and looks. I saw this barbie video and I just kept staring at the screen thinking ” wow she really looks like the black barbie doll’ You are a beautiful women, and you have great makeup skills. I wish i could afford most of the makeup products I want but I can do with what I have. Sorry for the extra long comment, but yea luv your videos!
how fun! i love your Barbie interpretations! Well done and inspiring.
You barbie transformations are amazing, I love ur tutorials and love to see ur afro looks,,,you are awesome!!!
I love the Vampy and the Foxy Barbie looks!!!! You are very skilled. What color do you use to fill your brows?? I cant seem to get my hairs to blend in.
Glad you like the Barbie looks…I can’t wait to resume the series. I use many things to fill in my brows: Maybelline Define-A-Brow Pencil in dark brown; Ardell Brow Powder in brown (or any dark brown eyeshadow); a brown gel eyeliner. Most browns work well with my skin tone…but many use ashy dark browns over warm-toned browns. It’s trial and error…and you’ll find your preference. Thanks for commenting!
